SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (USA): 1–3 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. If you need international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will send return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right at no extra cost.
